Fee Schedule

Students are able to get access to tutoring either online with video tutorials, in-person with Helen Jones, or both. 

Online Tutorials:

($50 + GST per month)

The online courses consist of full coverage of each chapter in video-style tutoring. You can access these tutorials by Helen Jones under the Courses tab.

If you would like a feel of what to expect when you sign up for one of these courses, you can access our free example course HERE which has an example of our video tutorials and course layout.

In-Person Tutorials:

For in-person tutoring, practice exams, hard copy materials, or general inquiries, please contact Helen directly via email. The pricing for these tutorials are as follows:

INCLUDES TUTORIAL TRAINING 
ON ONE OF THESE MODULES:

- Real Estate Sales
- Property Management
- Mortgage Brokerage
- Strata Management

COURSE MATERIALS:

- Materials as mentioned in "Full Tutorial" section
- Practice exams
- Online video tutorials*

*Online tutorials are included in the Full and Module tutorials, so you will not have to pay the monthly fee for them. Alternative arrangements will be made for access to the tutorials upon meeting for your in-person tutoring.

EXAM PREP PACKAGE: $500.00

Includes study materials, 4 practice exams and 8 hours of in-person tutorials.

SELF HELP PACKAGE: $200.00

Includes 4 practice exams, 1 hour in-person tutorial.

ADDITIONAL HOURS:

For all tutorial packages, additional in-person hours can be
purchased @ $50 per hour.

OUT OF TOWN STUDENTS:

Out of town students can opt for telephone or Skype sessions– information available (Long distance telephone calls will paid for by the student).

PRACTICE EXAMS:

Allow 3 full hours for practice exams which are held in-person on Friday at 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Practice Exams for students not enrolled in a tutorial program with Helen are $30.00 each (4 for $100.00).

FEE PAYMENT:

For in-person tutoring, full tutorial and module fees are payable in advance, and should be paid by second session unless prior arrangements have been made.
